Congratulations to our CTO - James Butler - for becoming an ASHRAE Fellow!
James Butler has been an innovator in embedded networking technology for building automation. He was the founding manager of the BACnet Testing Laboratories (BTL) and is currently the convener of the information technology working group within the BACnet committee (ASHRAE SSPC135) which developed BACnet Secure Connect (BACnet/SC).  

Under his leadership Cimetrics developed the first commercial third-party BACnet protocol stack and BACnet routers. Learn more here
