A B6060 BACnet/IP to Emco Spirax Sarco FP-93 flow meter interface brings data from an FP-93 meter to BACnet/IP networks. Configuration is done over Ethernet through onboard web pages, and can be managed from a remote location. The configuration is simple and the meter is up and running in minutes.
The B6060 has a built-in template, where important registers are pre-mapped to BACnet objects. These permanently available meter templates can be selected during the setup procedure using a drop down menu.

The B6060 is housed in a professional metal case and can be mounted standalone, on a wall using a wall bracket kit or on a DIN rail. It has one RS232 port and requires a 9 pin cable (not included). It has one Ethernet 10/100 RJ45 connector.
Most facilities which have a BACnet Building Automation System also have Emco Spirax Sarco FP-93 meters which need to be attached to the BACnet system. A B6060 can be used to accomplish this goal. A B6060 acts as a FP-93 to BACnet interface - taking FP-93 register data and exposing it to BACnet. There is no need to spend time picking and choosing registers to expose; the B6060 already has built-in templates where all important FP-93 registers are mapped to BACnet objects. All BACnet objects are meaningfully named and standardized (units, functions) for easier reading and integration into Building Automation System.
Configuration steps include connecting meter thru a 9 pin cable and specifying baud rate, serial mode, a unit number and a polling interval. The configuration can be saved to a text file and then can be reloaded to the device or uploaded to a new device, thus significantly saving time. All the mapping data can be saved to a CSV file and can later be used for analyzing data.
