The Native IP series enables innovative Enterprise software applications to control and monitor the environment within commercial buildings. The Ethernet connection conforms to IT standards so it can be connected to any business network. Web Services are supported so Windows software can easily control or monitor up to 256 devices using plain text URL commands. The exact text and function definitions are defined during configuration using the password protected browser setup screens. The meter counts are stored in flash memory and the device senses a loss of power and will immediately write the latest pulse count so that data is not lost. This value is made available to the BACnet network. Scale factors are able to be selected during setup so that the appropriate data representation of usage (gas, water, electrical) is also available to devices on the network as an analog object.
