The Cimetrics management team is supported by 20+ employees in the Boston and 30 employees located in Russia. The Cimetrics workforce is comprised of employees with educational and work experience in software engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering and building controls engineering. Cimetrics employee staff has four PhDs in physics and mechanical engineering and almost all employees have advanced degrees. The Russian employees are focused on software and hardware development and have been part of the Cimetrics employee base for approximately 10 years.
