How do I change my username and password?

Answer

Once you have logged into the router via the web configurator, click on the menu "change password". Clicking on this will open a new page that will give you the options to enter the following information
  • Login
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
After configuring the above parameters, click on "Save" followed by "Activate Configuration" followed by "Confirm". Skipping any of these steps will not save the changes you have made.
Warning: If you forget your password, there is no way to log in and the router needs to be reprogrammed by Cimetrics.
