I have changed the password and have now forgotten it, how do I log in?

Answer

If you have changed the username and password and have now forgotten it, there is no way you can log in.

The router at this point of time cannot be logged into as there is no way to reset the password even by Cimetrics.

Please call Cimetrics for other options (we may be able to reload the entire software for a fee).
