What is the BDT table and how do I make entries?

Answer

The BDT table stands for Broadcast Distribution Table. Here, one would need to enter the IP address of this router and the IP addresses of the other BBMD’s that this router would need to communicate to. The entry for the subnet mask should always be 255.255.255.255. Please keep in mind that the BDT table of the other BBMD’s also needs to have the information of this router. i.e. all communicating BBMD’s should have the same information in their BDT Tables.
