There is an embedded web configurator for the BR2. Connect the Ethernet connector (the one on the motherboard = eth0) to an Ethernet hub, and run another Ethernet cable from that hub to a laptop or PC. One may also use a crossover cable to directly connect the PC and the BR2. In any case, make sure that the laptop or PC is the only other unit in this small LAN. Setup the PC as a DHCP client using the standard tools for your OS. Your PC should get an IP address of 192.168.88.90 from the tiny onboard DHCP server on the BR2. Set your IP and mask manually if you cannot get an IP assignment from our tiny DHCP server. You will find the BR2 at 192.168.88.89. Open up your web browser and enter the URL http://192.168.88.89/
You will be prompted to login: user=root password=1q2w3e4r
From within this interface, help and configuration can be accessed. Follow the onscreen menus and online documentation. You can, and should, change your password from within the web configuration interface. Make sure you keep a good record of this, as this is your only normal way in without detailed assistance from Cimetrics.
