Please keep in mind that when you have the BACstac configured to use BACnet/IP, it is bound to a particular IP address. Once you change the IP Address, the BACstac IP bindings will not be valid.

To avoid the problems that you have just experienced, please stop the BACstac via command line by typing in "net stop BACstac" and than change your IP settings. Once you have changed the settings, go back into the BACstac protocol properties and edit the settings to choose the right/new IP address from the drop down list. This is the best and most effective method to propogate the new/changed IP address to the BACstac.
