What does “success” at the lower left bottom corner mean?

This is an indication that the intended action was executed without any errors. This action could either be device discovery, writing values to a particular property or reading values from a property. This message is displayed even though you may not see any devices on the network, reason being the Explorer successfully executed a Global “Who-Is” broadcast and no devices responded with an “I-Am”. If you think that you do have some BACnet devices on the network and you do not see them, verify that the devices and the BACstac of the Explorer are configured to use the same Data Link Layer i.e. BACnet/IP or BACnet/Ethernet
